These flame raisins are my favorite because they are sweet and also have a fruit flavor. The packaging is good for keeping them fresh. They are a good size, not too big or too small. Versatile for baking, cooking and just plain eating.
I use these to make chocoalte covered raisins that are a step a head of everyone elses. These flame raisins are plump and juicy with a flavor all their own. We love them and so do our customers. We cover them with our Organic Dark Chocoalte and the combo is a beautiful thing.
Ordered 30 lb box. May not be all Flame raisins, since many of the raisins had seeds.
I'm very pleased to have found Baltoro, and these raisins particularly. They're the same price as non-organic raisins from Walmart, and are, of course, organic. Besides that, they're also big and flavorful! Definitely plan to keep buying, and hope to try other products from Baltoro also!
